What a stunning piece of vintage ceramic ware! This lovely carafe was produced in the 1940s by Gladding McBean Franciscan, for their El Patio line. It features a lovely turquoise glaze, accented by a curving wooden handle fashioned from dark wood. The body is in excellent shape, with no chips or scratches, and the glaze remains incredibly glossy. The lid has three hairline cracks, but they are hardly noticeable. Stands 6" tall, with a 6" circumference at it's widest point, and a 1" spout opening. Marked on the bottom with the "GMB" stamp.
This carafe would make a lovely addition to any Franciscan collection or vintage home!
