Cookies are all approximatley 2.25 x 2.5 inches and 1/4" thick. Handcut from an 85 year old family recepie, given a modern twist. Our cookies always remain moist and tasty!
OUR COOKIE RECEPIE: We use fresh lemon zest and citrus juice in our cookie dough so it is buttery but not too heavy, and out cookies remain soft ( They are not like shorbread but hard enough to hold their shape) l. If you would like an almond extract based , or shortbread cookie dough instead convo us.
Each one is beautifully iced with a delicious Royal Icing recepie, and hand decorated in edible gold glaze.
Each cookie is individually wrapped in a cello bag and topped off with a hand-tied satin bow. We will include a gift note in the package upon your request.
If requested as a gift , your cookies will arrive in a beautiful gloss black gift box with signature Wacky Cookies green grossgrain bow. (See picture)
Wacky Cookies are always baked fresh to order so they are yummy and fresh when they arrive.
For best flavor, enjoy or freeze within 1 week of arrival. If you are ordering these cookies for a future date, we recommend freezing them until they are needed. They freeze very nicely without any further packaging.
Cookies are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Arrival is generally 2-3 days (although not guaranteed). Cookies are individually wrapped in bubble wrap and then surrounded in more bubble wrap. We take great care to package the cookies carefully ..
