Her dress is made of hand dyed pale pink gauze , overlayed with lovely Antique Edwardian hand dyed Tulle .Her top is hand dyed also .Her wool hair is accented with a headress of pink ribbon starfishand mini shells .The skirt is gathered with the same pink ribbon and tiny sparkling stars .The arms are wired and she has wings made of moon and star shells .
