Era: this is one of the most difficult items I have had to date so far since it does not correspond to any wide-spread fashions. It is definitely from the 1950s or before (1930s?), although the deco label might be misleading.
Label: Review
Material: cotton and acetate.
Vintage condition: very good; this vest was originally in a pretty bad state and has been through a very long soaking process to restore it to its present condition. It still has a bit of barely-noticeable yellowing around the neckline which can easily be soaked out (I recommend oxiclean).
Care: Although the label indicates 'dry-clean only', it can easily be handwashed with a mild soap (I used Dr Bronner's Magic Soap).
Approximate size: would fit a size M best, and might fit a L depending on your height. If your are on the short-ish side (model is 5'5"), remember that the vest's waist will probably be at hip-level.
