These homemade red velvet cookie sandwich are simply sinful. I made these cookie sandwiches with the simplest, finest, yet most delicious ingredients with a touch of Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips in every bite finished with my famous vanilla buttercream icing. The cookie sandwiches average between 2-3 inches in diameter. My cookies have a slight crunch on the outside and a chewy inside.

NOTE: If you are not a semi-sweet chocolate fan, please let us know! We can add milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate to your cookie pie.

This listing is for 12 chewy Red Velvet cookie sandwiches. The cookies are individually wrapped tied with a bow and we've included a 4 oz. container of buttercream fluff on the side. We do this so the cookies and the fluff do not spread while shipping.

Cookies will last up to 7 days or a month in the freezer. Buttercream Fluff will last up to two weeks in the fridge.
