Waist ~ The smallest part of your middle
Hips ~ The widest part of your hips

sleeves Dr. Seuss long, like me, please compensate for
it in this measurement)
Skirt length ~ From your natural waist (where you normally wear
your skirt) to desired length
Dress length ~ From the top of your shoulder to desired length
Pant length ~ From crotch to desired length

Your item will ship USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation within the US. This service generallly takes 2-3 business days. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package please let me know and I will invoice you for it. Insurance is inexpensive and will protect you should your package get lost.
