Custom TOMS shoes are made-to-order, so once I receive payment, I order the shoes and begin customization once I receive them. These orders are currently taking 2-3 weeks to complete. There are no refunds on custom orders, unless there's a giant oops on my part.

Shipping cost covers what I pay TOMS to ship them to me, plus what I pay to ship them to you. Turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks.
In "Notes to Seller" let me know your shoe size and color preferences. Feel free to browse my other listings for some ideas. Message me with questions, or if you'd like to order your TOMS and ship straight to me, or maybe you already have some that you'd like me to customize. I'll make a private listing for you to accommodate your needs and adjust the price. I also paint on Vans, Converse, Keds.....just ask!
