Sweet Pink Ceramic Spoon Rest

We glazed this great practical spoon rest in a pink base glaze with green and yellow dots. We also added the word "sweet" in a subtle orange glaze. I don't know about you, but I used to always get my counter dirty when cooking, so a spoon rest is essential! This spoon rest was glazed by Ronnie at Shepherd's Haven Day Center, a ministry for adults with special needs.

Measurements: about 7.75 inches (19.7cm) long; 3 inches (7.6 cm) wide across the part where the spoon goes.

Ronnie loves being at the day center. Shepherd's Haven has been a great source of comfort for him. Ronnie loves all the unusual things he has from his dad and loves to use his metal detector. Recently he brought in his latest find, a rock shaped like a foot. He is a joy and takes great pride in doing a good job with his work.
