Dragonfly necklace features a sterling silver dragonfly pendant with moonstone and blue topaz gemstones that sparkle and glisten within it's swirly filigree wings of silver. A smaller version of my original Dragonfly necklace, pendant measures approximately 2″ long and 1 3/4″ wide, and is extremely light, airy and comfortable enough to wear everyday. Necklace comes on a 16 or 18" sterling silver .925 chain. Ice blue topaz gemstones compliment the rainbow moonstone perfectly, and are the birthstone for December.

Each rainbow moonstone is unique in it’s depth and color variation, as it occurs in nature. Moonstone in pendant may vary from photo. Chatoyant gemstones, such as rainbow moonstone have inclusions within them, and this is what creates the light refraction and the color flash. These are not flaws or cracks, they are part of the beauty of the gemstone.

The dragonfly in almost every part of the world symbolizes change and change in the perspective of self realization. The kind of change that has its source in mental and emotional maturity and the understanding of the deeper meaning of life.
