There are some minor litho wrinkles on the top level, and a small bit of litho missing on the deck - please see images. The people have a wood base with plastic head, and are in excellent condition. The cars look as if they were just driven off the lot, and all tires turn freely.
The mechanic's lift crank works, however the lift itself does not slide up or down easily - a little graphite lube or WD40 should do the trick. Masonite base is intact with minimal stains, and the 4 corners are present without bends/cracks.
