This version of my coiled and bound hoop design showcases a joyful random collection of colorful antique trade beads each between 1 mm and 2 mm in size. A full 34" strand of original, 100 year old beads was used on the oxidized coils--5 loops on each earring. They hang and dangle freely from an oxidized hand formed fish hook style earring and are surprisingly lightweight. The design is slightly organic and rustic and completely original. Think summer fun, circuses, carnivals and county fairs....also consider that being such a wonderful mix of color, they will probably match almost any outfit.
There will be some variety in the random bead collection for each pair of earrings but all made from this hank of old trade beads will have the joyful bright colors illustrated here.
