This is print 7 from an edition of 10. Each print from the edition was individually inked with blended colours in the intaglio layer and then had additional white relief ink rolled over the surface of the street signs. Then, just before passing through the etching press tissue paper leaves were laid on the plate. These adhere to the printing paper and the ink sits on top of the tissue.
Each print is hand pulled by me.
The 10.3cm x 15cm plate is inked with quality oil-based intaglio and relief inks and printed with an etching press onto a 24cm x 24cm piece of quality cream 100% cotton, 300grm Arches paper.
The print is signed, titled and numbered in pencil. It is also embossed with a small version of my workshop's logo. The embosser is also made by myself.

I like to use top quality heavy weight paper (this one is cream Arches 100% cotton, 300gm) so It is best not to roll up prints for posting, especially when the printing process results in a fair amount of embossing. I will therefore only ship my prints flat and protected with card.
