This dress is fitted at the bust and under-bust/ hi-waist, loose in waist and hips, a-line skirt is meant to fit on the roomy side, hip measurement is needed to make sure of this. Dress sample as shown on model measures 36" from top of shoulder to hem, model is 5'11".
