Rainbow Flood II

From JKCreate

Inspired from a previous work, this piece samples from each color in the spectrum. The crayons are lined up along the upper-edge and melted on a foam board using a heat gun. Specific heat is applied for the desired outcome of a relatively flat flow of color that extends all the way to the bottom of the board. The crayon wrappers are left on this piece to emphasized the color spectrum as well as the melting of wax from the crayons.
