The top is a black bodice that has stitched onto, along with blue polka dot fabric and black lace.
It has little bow attached at the front and back.
Layers of blue tulle, taffeta, cotton and black lace have been used for the bottom section of the skirt. Stitched here and there to give it volume.
It fastens at the front with hook and eyes.
Has lacing detail at the back.
