Era is most likely 60s, considering it's marked as a size 8, and is very small.
Great vintage condition. No rips or stains, and the zipper and button work excellently. In certain light, it seems as if there is some very slight discoloration (more off white instead of white) in some of the white fabric- nothing that can't be fixed with a washing! Side zipper. No brand or fabric label. Label does say "size 8, hand wash separately, use cool iron." Outer fabric is very quilt-like, and inner lining is likely thin cotton.
Measurements:
-waist: about 26 inches
-hips: to about 36 inches
-length: 40 inches
FIT: Will fit sizes small - x small Snug fit on the model, who is a small. Model is 5'9 and is kneeling in some of the pictures, so the skirt would probably look best on someone shorter.
