Lots of sizes anyway, from bust 22” right through to 38”- so good for petite sizes, plus it is worked top down so length is just “stop when done”.
...and indeed a pretty look for girls of all ages.
Also a good first project as it is super easy; worked from a neck yoke down, with no side seams, in an easy repeat shell pattern.
PLUS; it would make a fab short summer top or slightly longer loose over jeans.
