It is made of a fabric that feels like linen, but there is no manufacturers or fabric label. The skirt fastens with a metal zipper and a bunch of hooks to keep the waist tight.

The skirt is classic pin up style, but again, a style that has been all over the fashion magazines. While you can absolutely dress this skirt up in to the 9s rock a billy style, do not be at all afraid to wear it with a contemporary blouse or sweater and pumps. The neutral color and fabulous tailoring and details are certainly timeless, and you will not look like any ones grand ma.
The Skirt has no stretch, and needs to fit fairly tightly.
Measurements.
The skirt is made to sit above your natural waist, and the top of the skirt is almost 28 inches,
the part that sits on your waist is 26 inches.
Hips
36 inches.
Length from waist to hem, taken on the back is 30 inches
Back split is 12 inches.
The condition is perfect, except for a light stain on the front which you can see in the picture. By light stain I mean a patch where the color has faded from exposure to light, not a piece of dirt that is light.
This is the only flaw.
