The measurements are approximately:32x18x9. The external shell is a deep black leather. The External leather is a deep black and is worn around the edges, which is well represented in the photos. The internal lining, is intact however it does have some water damage which you can see in the photos. This does not in my opinion detract from its beauty. The lining is a gorgeous cotton / linen in a pretty red and tan plaid pattern.
The patina on the brass closures add so much character. The center lock does close but does not have a key. It could use some oil to not be quite so stubborn in closing. The two latches and hinges work just fine. There is one of the two original straps on the outside. The handle is intact and still seems to have years in front of it.
The Suitcase has two handles it can be carried vertically or horizontally. When opened up the top portion is for hanging clothes, and includes two original suit hangers. The bottom portion divides into three sections that are covered with a hard cover that snaps into place and is covered in the same cloth as the rest of the interior.
It weighs close to 7 lbs so i will ship this the most economical way possible unless you specify otherwise. Shipping is estimated, so be at ease! I will refund any shipping charges that are not applied towards the true shipping price.
