It is hand-painted directly onto this skirt. I also added a painting of a Victrola-Airplane on front pocket.
The skirt is an awesome high waist style & a nice tan brown color.

If you adopt this skirt, you may notice that the way you wear the skirt is sideways.
That's because I painted the 'Neutral Milk Hotel' image on the side of this skirt.....
The intention is to have one pocket w/ aero-plane in front w/ the entire image in front too.
You can also wear it however you prefer.... To the side (like in the listed photos) OR the "regular" fit; where with both pockets are in front, zipper is on the L side, and the art sits on the front half side & back of skirt :)
