It is hand-painted directly onto this skirt. I also added a painting of a Victrola-Airplane on front pocket.

if you adopt this skirt, you may notice that the way you wear the skirt is sideways.
That's because I painted the 'Neutral Milk Hotel' image on the side of this skirt.....
The intention is to have one pocket w/ aero-plane in front & the entire image also facing front..
You may wear it in whatever way suits your mood that day.
To the side (like in the listed photos)
OR
the "regular" fit; where with both pockets are up front, and zipper is on the side. This way, the art sits on the front half side & back of skirt :)
