This brooch was inspired by the old bow pin watches worn by women in the 30s and 40s on their sweaters and lapels. It looks sweet and romantic and gives that extra touch to any outfit. Be it a polka dot dress, a navy top, peach cardigan or a blazer, it looks good on everything!
This brooch was created using a print of one of my papercut images set under a clear cabochon dome, a lovely antiqued silver-plated base and silver-plated bow which has a pin at the back. The pendant portion dangles from the bow. The whole piece (including the bow pin) measures 2.25 inches. The pendant part on its own measures 1.25 inches.
The brooch comes with a certificate of artistic authenticity in a gift box.
