This six sided, fully lined, zippered bag with hexagonal ends makes for a roomy pencil case though it could be used for so many other purposes too due to its generous size. You could fit your handsewing projects in there…English Paper Pieced hexagons perhaps? I pair of full sized sewing shears can fit in this bag with ease.

7 coordinating scraps for exterior
1 fat quarter of lining fabric
¼ yard medium to heavy weight iron on interfacing
9” or larger zipper
Approximate finished dimensions: 9 ½” long x 4 ½” wide
