This is a high quality, professionally printed archival inkjet Giclee reproduction of an original painting, printed with pigmented inks on Somerset Velvet rag paper.
Paper size: 8" tall x 10" wide (20 cm tall x 25 cm wide)
Image size: 6" tall x 8" wide (15 cm tall x 20 cm wide)
There is a 1" white border around the image. The paper has a pleasing matte finish, and is similar in texture to watercolor or printmaking paper. The print is titled and signed on the front (in pencil right beneath the image). It is a standard size - finding the perfect frame for it will be a breeze!
The original painting is 8" tall x 10" wide, made lovingly in 2009 with beeswax, encaustic medium, oil paint, graphite, and salvaged materials: sheet music, old maps, pieces of a crumbling Spanish/English dictionary, and other rescued scraps that I've collected along the way.
Your print will be carefully packaged in a protective clear sleeve with acid-free backing, and shipped flat in a stiff, non-bendable mailer. I create, handle, wrap, and ship all my work with utmost care & respect.
