Isn't the the blend of colors just beautiful? It is perfect for that new up-to-date Momma and her special little one, as a extra unique shower gift, as a welcome "to our lives" blanket for the newborn in the hospital , as a celebration to wrap baby in for coming home or even as a purchase for everyday with your sweet baby. This citrine fabric line is full of patterns in aqua, tangerine/orange (the color of the year for 2012), yellow, cream/ivory and more…just right to snuggle that little one, or use as a bright play mat to spark learning.
This cuddly blanket uses all 13 of the citrine different prints from the Heirloom collection to create a unique patchwork design on the top. This lightweight blanket is backed with ivory/cream soft flannel (no batting), which is top stitched twice for durability and beauty, first with a straight stitch for strength and second with a wave stitch, for pure elegance and fun. The blanket is also machine stitched along the front patchwork squares (no ties or knots), to add strength, durability and softness.
This would be a unique and beautiful gift for that new special baby (great as a Nana Gift) or just a wonderful blanket for your child. It measures approximately 33” x 33” and can be machine washed on cold and line dried or tumble on low.
