Interesting mid century modern chair designed and manufactured by Shelby Williams. I like the rounded bentwood back, the black vinyl upholstery and the brass handle on the back.

The wood’s finish is distressed and the vinyl has some small problems where it gathers in the seat front and on the front corner. It is in good structural condition and a great candidate for restoration.
