Framed original papercutting, Edition 1/2
This is an original design hand-cut papercutting of a Gaillardia blossom. I designed this papercutting from a photo, and I cut it by hand with an x-acto knife.
This piece is matted and framed to 8" x 10"". The frame is black metal, double mat is red and orange-tan, the cutting itself is done in a white cold-press watercolor paper, and the background behind the cutting is a hand-painted original watercolor painting in red,orange, yellow, tan, and green. The watermark is on the photos only, not on the actual piece.
