Civil War Style Day Dresses for Girls
Just perfect for American girl doll Addy, Marie Grace or Cecile
This pattern will make two Civil War style dresses. Both feature the look of the 1850s and 1860's - drop shoulders, narrow waistlines and full skirts. Dress A has long sleeves, round or square collar and trim on bodice and skirt. Dress B has short sleeves, lace collar, faux front with buttons, and "grow tuck" at hem. Pattern pieces are interchangeable - mix or match your own designs.
Shown here modeled on American Girl doll.
Designed to fit the 18 inch American Girl dolls, but should fit other dolls of similar size and body style with minor adjustments.
♥ Easy to sew, includes step-by-step instructions and illustrations ♥
Pattern pieces have been drafted using COREL DRAW for accuracy - all pieces are clearly marked including seam allowance. Designed to print on standard size 8 ½ x 11 inch paper. A ruler is included so you can be sure you have printed to the correct size.
