Instructions, and pdf if required, will be emailed to the the email address on your paypal receipt within 48 hours, and will include written and video directions. That and I am available via email for any questions or help needed.
The pattern is designed to fit hips measuring between 34 inches to 42 inches.
Materials needed:
2 yards of 56 inch wide woven fabric for longer pair, 1 1/4 for the mini-bloomers
1 inch wide elastic (for waist)
1/2 inch wide elastic (for cuffs)
a yard of silk or satin ribbon
Also, you are welcome to use your finished project for sale but I request you provide a link to my shop on either your listing or on the garment itself.
