Each button is designed by my husband or I, and then cast from a mold and altered into various shapes and forms by my husband. I then sit down with my choice of glaze and add the colors. Even though molds are used no two buttons will ever be exactly the same. They are individual pieces of art.
We began making buttons because a friend was looking for unique buttons to add to her projects. Therefore how you use these buttons is up to you. You may use them for your personal projects, or for projects intended for resale. They’d be great additions to anyone’s button collection. While these buttons are sturdy solid units. The garments that they are placed on shoud be handwashed or washed on a gentle cycle with foil placed around the buttons and turned inside out and then line or air dried. These buttons are NOT intended to go through a dryer.
