19th century illustration of a Dodo bird and an ornate letter "D" printed directly on to a page salvaged from a vintage dictionary.

You can see the rest of my alphabet prints here:

I am selling this page exactly as listed. **What you see in the photograph is the same page you will receive in the mail word for word.**

Dimensions and Mounting:
The actual book page measures approximately 9 3/4 x 6 1/8 inches and is mounted on a sheet of 10 x 8 acid free, black card stock (as seen in the photograph). This standard size should make it easy to slip into a frame.

Frame is NOT Included:
*The frame shown in the listing is a sample only and is not included. I recommend scoping out your local second hand store. I've found great vintage frames that way and they look fantastic with this sort of print! The card-stock dimensions should make it easy to find a frame of your choosing anywhere.

*Please be aware that some pages have old book character, i.e. creases, bends, yellowing, and spotting as well as possible missing corners. I think these slight defects add to the charm of the print. That said, I will never send you a page that has flaws that detract from the print.

I only use imagery that is hi-resolution (300 DPI+). This means no fuzzy prints! :)

I ship each print in an acid free plastic sleeve slipped between two pieces of corrogated cardboard in a padded envelope. Prints are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

Dictionary Prints combine two of my favorite things, old books and vintage illustration. I have decorated my entire house with them and have no more room! I wanted to keep making them, so I decided to set up shop here on Etsy. They look just gorgeous hung in groups. I think they look especially striking in old fashion ornate frames.

Make sure to visit my store for more selections, I am posting new prints daily!

Thank you so much for looking, please feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
