This is a larger than life striking pendant made from lightweight coils of brass interlocked. I love the springiness of the coils and the soft patinated brass colouring. Good design is about simplicity and form and this piece of humble costume jewelry is a perfect example of this.
This is a versatile pendnat, it would be equally at home with a black dress with plunging neckline for a knockout evening while you hold a martini or as part of a collection of interesting pendants for a very post modern tribal look.
I have attached it to a 24" (60cm) fine brass ball chain. The chain can be easily shortened, by cutting off the length you don't want. The largest coil is 1 3/4" (4.5cm) across and the three smaller ones are 1 1/2" (4cm) across. The pendant is 4" (10cm) long.
