This is a Black Twisted Hat with a multi blue flower. You can choose your color for the hat and the flower. The hat, scallops and leaf are black. The multi color flower is peacock.

The solid black crown has stripe patterns. The brim with a pointy picot edge flows diagonally on the right side. The left side of the brim is tucked in underneath. You can flip it out and still cover the left ear. The blue peacock flower with a matching pointy picot edge sits on a black leaf with bumps to add character.

The hat fits head sizes 21in-23in(53cm-59cm).

When placed on the head, the hat looks the same in the picture. The customer does not need to reconfigure and rearrange the material to look like the hat in the photos.
