The vintage buckle is solid leather and stamped "England" on the back. This buckle was part of an old store stock which was never used. It was still attached to its Ultra Kraft Label. I've Saddle Soaped it so it looks its best.
The cloche is lined in 100% Egyptian cotton in dark brown.
This hat will fit a 21 1/2" to 22" head size. If you need another size I can do it not problem.
To measure your head: Using a soft tape measure go around head about 1" above eyebrows in front and include the largest part of back of head.
