I love lilacs. I love their opulence and their scent, but the bushes are a little drab and without character for most of the year when not in bloom. Oh, to have ARMLOADS of lilacs for a big vase on the dining room table or in the entry is such a luxury. When we created a back driveway to the service parking (where tractors and trucks can live) I lined both sides with lilac starts: dark purple, light purple, pink, white, singles and doubles. Now large, the shrubs hide the equipment parking area and provide me with those masses of spring flowers. This yarn is reflects the many shades of pink and lavender in my spring bouquets.

This listing is for two 2-ply skeins, with a total weight of approximately 7.7 ounces, spun at an average of 1400 ypp (yards per pound), with a total yardage for the two skeins of approximately 690 yards. Spongy with some sheen this yarn wraps at 12-14, a fine sport weight.
