The ribbon strap is made from 1.5" orange and white polka dot ribbon (heat sealed to prevent fraying). All seams are professionally finished to minimize fraying.
This is a great dress for Halloween! It can be worn as is in warm weather or you can put a short or long sleeve shirt underneath for cooler weather. It even looks great with leggings.
