My favorite piece thus far! This piece samples from various shades found in the photos of distant galaxies: blues, purples, black, gray, teal & white. Also included are metallic purples & blues to give a sheen and the look of small stars. The colors blend together in a pattern to resemble the clouds in a galactic nebula, which extends over the majority of the black board.The crayons are lined up along the upper-edge and melted using a heat gun. Wrappers are left on this piece to emphasized the melting of the crayons and define the various shades.

Crayons extend no more than 1/4" from the edge of frame
(Open-backed frame included)

All pieces are sprayed with a polyurethane coating to allow mild protection, though it is best to display art away from direct sunlight.
