Fabric requirements:
1/3 yard each of 7 prints (background on the letter blocks)
1 yard of a contrasting print (the body of the letters)
½ yard of border fabric
½ yard of binding fabric
1.5 yards of backing fabric
Finished size: approximately 43” x 50”
The letter blocks are constructed by paper piecing. The patterns for paper piecing are included in this pattern. The pattern assumes that you are comfortable with the skill of paper piecing, so instructions on how to paper piece are not included here.
