UPDATE - these are a freakin MUST HAVE if you work with small rhinestones regularly..I'm not even joking... Now i want to bling out everything... I'm thinking of deco'ing my whole wall...ahhhh

I hate picking up rhinestones with tweezers, so these definitely help..just tap onto the top of your rhinestone to pick up. Pencil comes UNsharpened..just sharpen with a regular pencil sharpener
