And the fringe fad continues over in Rachel Pfeffer Designs. I cut out two half circles from sterling silver sheet and gave them a textured, frosted finish. Then I strung oxidized sterling silver chain from teeny little silver rings. Bada Bing, Bada Boom. One of a kind and handmade by me!
