Handmade from 300yard strips of soft smooth black Bridal tulle, that has been gathered and serged to the soft black fabric covered elastic waistband. This tutu is sewn not tied! I have also added a underskirt so the tutu will not be see through!
tutu can also be scrunched up, puffed out or combed flat depending on what look your going for. Because the tutu is cut into strips it can create lots of volume! The small pieces allows you to make it crazy looking if you want to.

This is machine washable and can be dried in low heat.
