The pages are thick hand-cut paper. The cover is hand-cut thick bookboard, which I covered with beautiful peach, yellow, green and gold floral decorative paper. Each of the 12 registers is surrounded by a lush sheet of olive green Lokta paper. Sturdy binding thread, stained and waxed (by me!), was used for the Coptic stitch that binds this fantastic little book together allowing it to lay flat for easy writing and drawing.
Materials: Decorative paper. Lokta paper. Bookboard. Unlined bright white 70 lb text weight paper. A couple arms lengths of linen binding thread, dyed with roasted grains.
Suggested Uses: Guest book, gratitude journal, dream journal, wish book, sketchbook, scrapbook.
