One of my favorite flowers grow on the Desert Willow tree, indigenous to the high desert and very popular for its beautiful pink blossoms that bloom against a brilliant green foliage. I created this copper bloom by sketching the pattern, sawing, filing, and forming the petals, then imparted a lovely glowing patina of pinks, sunset orange and fuschia with the flame of my torch.
I added a pretty pink Picasso Czech droplet and suspended the blossom on an antiqued copper 18" chain. The toggle clasp was also handforged by me. The flower measures 2" across and 1 3/4" high. Thanks for looking and have a beautiful day!
