This is a beautiful green skirt that reminds me of military green. It is made of polyester felt with 2 rows of hand cut and hand sewn flowers all around the hem. The flowers are adorned with beads. The tabs are a gold twist braid and has 4 felt covered buttons. This is one of my favorites.
