The top is reinforced with interfacing so it stays nice and open, the bottom has an elastic opening so you can pull your bags right through. There's a loop at the top so you can hook it easily wherever you'd like.
Don't have plastic bags? You can also use this for towels, tissue paper, diapers, and much more!
