=========HOW IT WORKS=========
1. Choose your favorite seating chart style and purchase the corresponding listing. You can see all Belletristics' ready made seating chart styles here:

2. Send in your information.
Email the following information to orders {at} belletristics.com
DESIGN STYLE CHOICE (name of seating chart style)
EVENT DETAILS (bride & groom’s names, event date)
COLOR CHOICES (choose 1 color for the text and 1 color for the graphic from the provided color chart)
GUEST LIST (see end of listing for formatting instructions)
3. Receive your first proof
Proofs are sent to your email address on file with Etsy 2-3 business days from completing your order and sending in all information.
Revised proofs are generally sent within 1 business day.
Two free revisions are included in your purchase. Additional revisions are $10 each.
4. Approve & Print
Belletristics will email you the final print ready files within 1 business day of receiving your approval.
Due to the large size of these designs, you will need to use a professional printer.
=========GUEST LIST FORMATTING=========
After making your purchase, please email your guest list to orders{at}belletristics.com
Use the following formatting guidelines for your guest list:
-Microsoft Excel or Word format is preferred.
-If the chart will be arranged alphabetically, your guest list should be in alphabetical order by last name, with couples/families grouped together (if they'll be listed on the chart together). You'll also need to include the table number they'll be sitting at.
-If the chart will be arranged by table, your guest list should be grouped according to the table number each guest will be seated at.
-Names should be written exactly as you wish them to appear on the chart. If you would like to include titles (Mr. Mrs. Miss Dr.) please include them in the guest list.
-If your chosen design displays the bridal party, and you wish to include your bridal party, please also include a separate list containing the members of your bridal party, along with their roles (e.g. Maid of Honor, Flower Girl)
==========ADDITIONAL INFORMATION==========
Standard size for seating charts is 24"x36". If you would like to change the size, you must let us know before order. Requests for size changes after the first proof is sent will incur additional fees.
Seating chart designs include up to 125 lines. If you have more than 125 lines of guests to include, please add $0.25 per line. (1 line = Mr. and Mrs. John Smith, Table 1 or The John Smith Family, Table 1)
