The Invisible Pink Unicorn (IPU) is the goddess of a parody religion used to satirize theistic beliefs, taking the form of a unicorn that is paradoxically both invisible and pink. She is a rhetorical illustration used by atheists and other religious skeptics as a contemporary version of Russell's teapot, an analogy by the philosopher Bertrand Russell (1872–1970) to illustrate the idea that something can be true if it cannot be disproved.
------
A stack of vintage laces and crochet scraps are nested together in this very sweet necklace, topped with a baby pink shell button, vintage rhinestone scraps and backed in hand-dyed, dusty mauve hued vintage wool felt. Hanging below is a collection of vintage and reclaimed objects including antique glass nailheads and chips of ethically harvested moonstone, collected in the Australian outback and polished by my local gem club.
A vintage white snake chain tipped with reclaimed bone beads completes the piece. Closes with a ring clasp; 19 inches long.

Things to remember:
+ I have payment plans! You can stagger your purchase price over a period of 2, 3 or 4 weeks depending on your budget
+ I can do replications of some things, though it is not a guarantee- most everything I make is done using vintage and antique materials, there's often only one of something.
+ My darling Trinny is a 1970s supermodel and her build is very slim, so the pieces may look slightly different on you- check the measurements against pieces you already own for the best gauge on fit.
