ANTIQUE/Flapper Silk RIBBON & Valenciennes Lace Boudoir Headband/Bandeau

Pretty boudoir bonnet/headband/bandeau dating to around the 1920s. It is made from delicate white cotton valenciennes lace with two layers of crimped blue silk ribbons. Each end is accented with a matching silk ribbon bow with a pink silk ribbon rose in the center. In addition, there is a duo of silk ribbon roses decorating the center. It measures 15 1/4" long, 4 3/4" wide. Please note that the ribbon ties are not the same length...one measures 21" long and the other 10 1/2" long. This piece is in very nice condition with no deterioration or stains to the delicate textiles. Silk is soft and supple with no dry rot. A charming piece to add to your antique lingerie, textiles or clothing collection...
