I had so much fun putting together this little piece ( 9.5 inches by 5.5 inches, or 24 x 14 centimeters).
The patches are made with mudcloth, cotton, linen, and antique linen with cross-stitch embroidery in warm red, black, and cream. I have hand stitched each piece to a linen base, using a rustic stitch.
Would look beautiful in a simple frame, under glass, in a recessed glass coffee table, grouped on the wall with other art and photos, or anywhere you please.
