As I said, this yarn is approximately DK/worsted weight; I am not an even spinner so while not flat-out slubby, some parts are thicker than others (the beauty of handspun is that it's not always even like commercial yarn, making it more unique). It is not superwash, and thus could be felted. Each skein is approximately 175 yards (as of writing this I have two skeins available). With 175 yards you could make a small scarf, a hat, or a pair of fingerless gloves; both skeins together would make a good-sized scarf, or a smaller hat-and-scarf combo; or incorporate this handspun in with a larger project made from commercially spun yarn of the same weight.
This yarn was spun in a smoke-free, but not pet-free home; however, once spun it is kept in a bin which cats and dogs do not have access to.
