Our Super Girl Tutu is created specifically for the Super Hero in all of our little girls.
It's a triple layer tutu featuring 2 layers of Black, Red and Gold Tulle. The 3rd top layer of the tutu is created using Black, Hot Pink and Gold Glitter Tulle. The elastic waistband is then wrapped in Antique Gold Satin Ribbon, but can easily be changed if you prefer a Red or Black Satin Ribbon waistband instead.
